Focused on creating balance in your body by addressing areas of tension with therapeutic techniques such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Accelerated Soft Tissue Release, etc. Option to incorporate Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (RockBlades) or Percussion therapy (Theragun). 

Relax Into Bliss 

Looking for extra care? This massage starts with calming essential oils to get you in the bliss state of mind. Our session will focus on slow, intentional strokes to down regulate your nervous system. Calm, healing music to lull you into a trance like state. Tasteful application of hot/cold therapy if desired. With extra time spent on hands, feet, scalp, and face to truly allow you to feel nurtured and leave rejuvenated. 

Sports Massage

Experience a therapeutic massage with a focus on speeding your recovery and supporting your system optimal mobility to allow you to meet your performance goals. This session can involve Facilitated Stretches, Stretching with Cups,  Deep Tissue work, Myofascial Release, IASTM, and/or Percussion Therapy. Option to remain clothed during part or all of session. 

Cupping
 

Cupping uses suction to create negative pressure, this aids in the softening of tight muscles, loosening of adhesions. By lifting connective tissue cupping assist our bodies in bringing hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.
